It’s race week! That means you need to collect your race packs before the event on Saturday.
These can be collected from:

During normal working hours ON Wednesday and Thursday only!
If you can’t make a plan to get it done during work hours then send me a message and we’ll make a plan for after hours.
NO! You cannot collect your race packs on the morning!
NO! You cannot enter another team on the morning!
NO! Your spectators cannot get set up in the pits; there is a dedicated spectator area.
YES! You can buy as many spectator tickets as you like.
YES! Your family can walk through the pits no problem, but nothing extra in the pits! No cars, no riding other bikes, etc.
The packs will contain the following:
1) Your race bands
2) Your complimentary spectator tickets (one per rider)
3) A detailed list of instructions to make the day run as smooth as possible
4) A timetable for the day
5) Pit Vehicle Sticker (which needs to be displayed on your pit vehicles windscreen)
6) A load of cool stickers!
CP Security will be on premises to make sure the day runs smoothly.
IF YOU ARE NOT WEARING YOUR RACE OR COMPLIMENTARY BAND AT
THE GATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED! PLEASE DON’T MAKE US CHARGE YOU A 2ND TIME, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR NOT LISTENING!

We’re about to announce the race dates for next year, so keep an eye on our blog for that (and add them to your calendar). Once we open entries you’ll be able to enter on the website. In the mean time, get acquainted with the rules (you can find those on the FAQ page) and if you have any questions just reach out.
