Your race packs have been put together and they need to be collected before the event on Saturday.

These can be collected from 6 Kouga St (https://maps.app.goo.gl/wrLRC1hDwNCkZszd8) during normal working hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If you can’t make a plan to collect during the given time period then send me a message and we’ll make a plan.

Just a few reminders:

• NO! You cannot collect your race packs on the morning!
• NO! You cannot enter another team on the morning!
• NO! Your spectators cannot get set up in the pits; there is a dedicated spectator area.
• YES! You can buy as many spectator tickets as you like.
• YES! Your family can walk through the pits no problem, but nothing extra in the pits! No cars, no riding other bikes, etc.

The packs will contain the following:
1) Your race bands (ORANGE)
2) One complimentary spectator ticket per rider (GREEN)
3) A detailed list of instructions to make the day run as smooth as possible
4) A timetable for the day
5) Pit Vehicle Sticker (which needs to be displayed on your pit vehicles windscreen)
6) A load of cool stickers!

Security will be on the premises to make sure the day runs smoothly.

IF YOU ARE NOT WEARING YOUR RACE OR COMPLIMENTARY BAND AT THE GATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED! PLEASE DON’T MAKE US CHARGE YOU A 2ND TIME, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR NOT LISTENING!

It seems as though there is a slight drizzle forecast for Saturday however don’t forget your hats and sunblock. BUT if you do forget your hat, we have some awesome caps on sale
